You will work on a wide range of tax technical matters, planning and structuring relevant to business transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, corporate re-structuring's, private equity investments, foreign direct investment, cross border tax planning, financial services tax, real estate tax, VAT and tax disputes. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with tax counsel from overseas practices on various deals.
To be successful in this role, you should have 3 to 5 years PQE with relevant experience from an international or Irish law firm, and a strong academic background in tax, law, accountancy or a related discipline. You should also be enthusiastic about learning and development, and enjoy working with senior business stakeholders and top-notch clients.
