In this role, you will oversee corporate income tax compliance for entities across the UK and internationally, supporting the US GAAP tax provisioning process and statutory accounts preparation. You will collaborate with finance, treasury, legal, and HR teams across multiple locations and work on ad hoc projects, including Mergers & Acquisitions and entity rationalization.
The ideal candidate should be AITI/CIOT qualified, with two or more years of post-qualification experience in corporate tax, and have excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
