Implement recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and establish a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Cultivate strong relationships with leadership teams and act as a partner throughout the recruiting process. Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance and HR, to drive the recruiting process and ensure seamless onboarding.
Manage job requisitions by evaluating referrals and active candidates for open opportunities.
Develop a pipeline of exceptional candidates for future roles across a wide client base.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs/targets.
Understand and deliver on our client's needs and expectations.
Expand market knowledge of clients and generate new business within your vertical.
Attend networking events and meetings as necessary.
Utilize internal CRM systems and recruitment tools on a daily basis.
Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience in a similar role.
Degree, diploma, or certificate in HR, Business, or related field is advantageous.
Motivated and driven, with a track record of working towards targets.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Natural ability to engage with people and build successful relationships.
Demonstrated ability to engage with people and establish strong working relationships.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Excellent administrative and organizational abilities.
Capable of multitasking, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
