As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Proactively hunt for new business opportunities and generate leads
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from interviews to offer stage and successful closures
Build and manage your portfolio of candidates and clients, fostering both existing and new relationships
Utilize various online resources to search, source, and screen potential candidates
Develop close partnerships with clients, helping them grow their businesses by delivering the best candidate solutions
Conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants across the office
