Principal Recruitment Consultant


Our client is a well-established recruitment agency specializing in technology, with locations in London and Reading. With a focus on Software Development recruitment, they have built a strong reputation in the industry as a top agency. They are currently seeking an experienced Recruiter at the Consultant-Senior level to join their London office and work on one of their most profitable and in-demand desks within the Software Development market.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12-18 months of experience in technology recruitment and a proven track record of consistent billing. They should have experience in winning new business and delivering end-to-end recruitment services, including sourcing and placing candidates in software development roles using languages such as Ruby, Python, Java, Frontend, etc.

Reporting directly to former top billers and sales team leaders in London, the Senior Recruiter will begin as a billing consultant and have the opportunity to progress along a defined career path within the company. The organization offers a dedicated Learning and Development Manager who works with each individual to create a personalized professional development plan.

In addition to a competitive base salary, the company offers an uncapped commission structure of up to 25% on all billings, as well as monthly cash bonuses.
