As a critical member of the team, you will support the Business Manager in building and re-building relationships with various clients.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact and represent the agency when engaging new clients.
- Re-engage with historic clients, confidently reintroducing the brand and its services.
- Network and establish a strong presence in the market through effective market mapping and networking.
- Utilize your experience and skills to identify and pursue new recruitment opportunities.
- Support junior consultants in closing deals with potential clients.
- Expand the agency's scope of work within existing clients by exploring new areas.
- Develop innovative approaches and pitches based on your experience and creativity.
- Manage and develop large accounts and key relationships.
- Contribute to the growth of the tech function and build upon the existing success of the business.
- Utilize a variety of relationship-building techniques, leveraging the latest industry tools.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven success working within a Recruitment business, managing and evolving partnerships.
- Experience in client-facing roles, selling to various client types, and providing solutions up to C-level executives.
- Natural ability to build genuine, long-lasting relationships and enjoy meeting new people.
- Openness to learning and trying out new approaches in an agile manner.
