Lead 360 Recruitment Consultant

Our client is a leading staffing agency seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Recruitment Consultant to join their IT/Technology team in Tampa, FL. As a Senior/Lead Recruitment Consultant, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building the agency's presence in the market. The role will involve a 360 model, where the consultant will be responsible for Account Management, Business Development, Sales, and Candidate Acquisition/Recruiting. This includes qualifying candidates, matching them with appropriate clients, creating content and job posts, negotiating, and influencing to achieve the best outcome.    

The ideal candidate will have at least 12+ months of experience with a staffing agency, with a track record of running a 360 desk or account management. They should have experience sourcing highly technical skill sets, developing their own business within a niche vertical discipline, managing multiple client relationships/accounts, and increasing client lifetime value. Additionally, they should have excellent communication skills, be competitive and achievement-oriented, and have financial goals.
