Job Description:

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role within your designated team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating a pool of qualified candidates through various methods such as LinkedIn outreach, job boards, networking, headhunting, and recruitment technology.
  • Engaging with candidates to understand their job search and career aspirations, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborating with your team to ensure client satisfaction with the recruitment efforts of our client.
  • Developing a business development outreach strategy and building relationships with cutting-edge, high-growth companies.
  • Conducting meetings with new and existing clients to review job requirements, market trends, salary reviews, and more.
  • Negotiating client contracts and establishing mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Reaching out to leads (hiring managers) to convey the value proposition of our client.
  • Converting qualified leads into scheduled product demos with Account Executives.
  • Collaborating with team members to share best practices and continuously learn and improve.

The Successful Applicant:

To succeed as an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A four-year bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in B2B, B2C sales, or direct recruitment. Successful sales, commercial, or recruitment internships can be considered in lieu of experience.
  • A high-performing, overachiever mindset with a strong motivation to learn.
  • Collaborative, innovative, and team-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
  • A resilient and determined nature, finding motivation in temporary setbacks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people online, over the phone, and in person.

  • Results-driven with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
