IT Recruiter Salary

The lowest reported value in our recruiters salary survey was a role with a base salary of £25,000 per year before commissions & bonuses are taken into account. The average Senior IT Recruiter Salary is £34,350 per year base, with the max being £50,000 - £60,000 per year base.

Recruiters Salary London

The average recruiter* salary in London is £29,450 base across all industries with a max base salary of £35k & minimum base salary of £25k.

*benchmark applying for professionals with the title of Recruitment Consultant.

Senior Recruitment Consultant Salary

With seniority comes a much broader range of salaries.

The base salary for a London Senior Recruitment Consultant ranges between £36,000-£41,000, while the salary for a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Belfast is between £33,000-£38,000.
